Are your phones, tablets & accessories new?Our phones, tablets & accessories are cosmetically new. Our business is established with brand sourcing centres to bring you clearance stock which are not used. All handsets will therefore be boxed sealed and new like a purchase from the brand themselves, at their standard.

How can I track my order?Once you place an order with us, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail immediatley. Once your item is being shipped by our suppliers you will then recieve a tracking number from Royal Mail to ensure you can track your orders arrival. Need your tracking number? Just provide your order ID Items take 5-7 working days to arrive after the order is purchased online.

Why isn't my tracking number working?Our most commonly used courier partner is Royal Mail. When you receive your update email about your delivery, you will also be able to see your delivery courier as well as the tracking information to track your parcel. Please allow for 3-4 days for this to update on their website. Note: This 3-4 days DOES NOT mean your parcel is not moving. We allow you to track the most relevant part of your parcels journey to your door.

Why am I being charged a 15% admin fee for my return?As our logistics can be very complex, the 15% admin fee compensates the hours which go into product sourcing and QC within the business and with our business partners.

What is your 'Extended Warranty' and how is this different from my phones 14 day technical warranty?Each product will come with a 14 day technical warranty in case your item may have any technical faults upon arrival. However, an extended warranty will guarantee coverage for your phone, tablet or accessory for the length you buy. This means you are covered after the 14 days and can return or replace your phone if needed. Most of our customers buy our 50% off Extended Warranty as it covers the following: Bluetooth, Data & GPS technical faults Charge Port & Battery Front & Back Camera (Inc Flash) Speaker, Loudspeaker & Headset Phone Signal Proximity & Accelerometer Memory & SD Card Slot Digitizer & LCD If you are unsure about which warranty to buy, please contact sales@bulkmobiles.co.uk and our team will be able to assist you further.

Returns & RefundsQ: Have you received my return? A: Please share your return tracking number, and we will confirm its status. Q: When will I get my refund? A: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If you haven’t received your refund, let us know!
